NAKAW SA DENR! - FROM DAILY TRIBUNE

Quick absolution for allies

Environment Secretary Ramon Paje, whose office has spent a staggering amount of some P22 million for meals served during conferences and even ordinary meetings and where funds were taken from projects that had suffered as a result, was reported by the Commission on Audit (CoA), which said this was an over expense of the DENR by 3,037 percent.
Based on the report, four and five-course lunches are being served during conferences worth between P550 and P600 per head. This amount is aside from snacks served at P120 to P174 per person.
The abuses noted in the audit report were the practice of providing breakfast even if meetings started at 9 a.m., morning snacks and lunch were served even for conferences that started beyond 12 noon and giving out full meals or snacks even for “routine/ordinary meetings that last for just an hour or two.”
Moreover, it was also found that his agency had a lot of the legislators’ pork barrel diverted to bogus non-government organizations (NGOs).
Through all these accusations, along with calls from his agency’s employees for him to step down, Noynoy has cleared him, which he usually does when it comes to his people.
Even in the face of evidence of clear abuse and misuse of public funds, along with his office having made questionable transactions with NGOs, Noynoy has refused to let go of him, just as he refuses to let go of his Budget secretary, Butch Abad, and other executives whom he has appointed, as he absolves them all from any abuse and misuse of public funds, even in the face of evidence and admissions from them.
Yet it is clear, in the case Paje, through his admission, not to mention the fact that the public funds spent on ultra-expensive food for meetings and conferences — as much as five meals everytime, that his agency has been engaged in dealing with dubious NGOs, that pocket the pork funds of legislators — that he and his agency can’t be treading the so-called straight path even when they try to project themselves as “righteous” and “clean.”
And that’s hardly just where misuse and abuse in the agency committed can be found. The DENR as a department, has always been known to have a lot of corrupt practices — whether on giving environmental clearances or even in mulcting “fines” from several big corporations and other corrupt practices.
What is it that Noynoy’s aides — who have already been reported by a state audit to have had anomalous practices — have on Noynoy that he has to always absolve them, even in the face of prima facie evidence against them?
In the case of his non-allies, however, even when the so-called evidence is flimsy, Noynoy quickly deems them guilty, yet when it comes to his secretaries and allies, he quickly absolves them.
Surely they must have something on Noynoy, for him to quickly absolve his aides who stand accused, and whom the employees of such agencies call for their resignations, such as Paje, SSS chief Emilio de Quiros and Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System’s Gerardo Esquivel, and not to forget, Butch Abad, who certainly has committed a lot of irregularities and violations of the law and the Constitution. All of them have been absolved of any irregularity by Noynoy and his Palace.
Noynoy was a congressmen for nine years before he joined the Senate. He certainly knew all these people and their “irregular” ways as many of them who are now his officials, were also once congressmen and part of his gang.
Noynoy also had his pork barrel, and it is not unlikely that his pork also went to dubious NGOs and ghost projects, although he is being protected by the CoA and his Budget secretary, which is why there is no CoA audit on his pork barrel.
Maybe people like Abad, Paje and a host of other executives under him today know too much, which could be the reason Noynoy quickly absolves them.

UNGRATEFUL SON OF A BITCH!

Mister Joaquin Bernas.

Hold you tongue, because you contradict yourself.

Remember that in 1986, you were appointed as one of the Constitutional Commission (Con-Con) delegates by the CORY COJUANGCO AQUINO administration. During the time, you were one of those supposedly "Illustrious few" who tinkered with the 1986 Constitution to suit the interest of the "Revolutionary Government" and of the "higher interest of the OLIGARCHY-PENINSULARES-MESTIZOS (of which you are one) AND HACENDEROS" of the country.
More than that, you also became a personal adviser to the GOOD-FOR-NOTHING-HESITANT LEADER, FORMER PRESIDENT "CORY COJUANGCO AQUINO", advising her on how to run the "Revolutionary Government" including the utilization of your legal background and with the assistance of the whole of the "elite" Ateneo institutions from Manila to Bicol to Cagayan de Oro to Zamboanga and to Davao to craft policies suitable to the propagation and re-establishment of "Oligarchic" businesses in the country.

Were you not part of the main group of constitutional delegates that sought to limit the "ownership" of foreigners into just 40% in Philippine corporations and businesses in the country? That even today, PNOY and his KAMAG-ANAK are exploiting the same provisions of that Constitution specifically on labor, monopoly of trade of the and violation of commercial fair play, in order to further their business interests; the sum of those of which you made in the 1986 Constitution?

Were you not part of the original YELLOW HORDE that made the Philippine Constitution so much oppressive to the common "tao", including laborers, students, workers and professionals and entrepreneurs?

Furthermore, because you were able to penetrate the inner circles of the CORY COJUANGCO AQUINO political power, you were able to extract "concessions" for the Ateneo Institution in the Philippines. And ever since, your precious Ateneo institution had been reaping immeasurable benefits translating even to millions of pesos in form of "charity donations, TAX EXEMPTIONS and atrocious tuition fees that you impose each and every school year to many students in the guise of building this and building that". Of which many of these same burdens like heavy fees and taxes, we are also forced to pay as taxpayers, professionals and ordinary laborers.

Wala kaming lusot sa pagbabayad ng buwis because we do not belong to any "elite' institution, unlike you.
Because of this relationship with the COJUANGCOS and AQUINOS, the Jesuit interest in the country is now conveniently sealed and protected. Is it not that the protection of "Jesuit interests in the Philippines" a benefit of the 1986 Constitution?

And now . . .

You are making a commentary on PNOY's illegal disbursement of government savings through the  "Disbursement Acceleration Program or DAP".
It seemed that during a television interview, you were pointing out as a matter of legal opinion that there was no such thing as a "DAP". And that such "disbursements" were in the course, illegal?

Ano ba talaga ang ibig mong sabihin Mister Bernas?

Are you trying to tell us that what President PNOY did was both wrong or immoral?

Did you not benefit from the same provisions of the 1986 Constitution that he is now parroting?

Ano ito, tina-TRAYDOR mo na ang BENEFACTOR mo?

Or are you cutting clean now that PNOY is already spiralling towards his political demise and perdition?

Did you not do the same to Marcos?
When it was convenient for you during the martial law years, you were all silent.

But when there was already a People Power in 1986 seeking to overthrow Marcos, all of the Ateneo institution SCREAMED AT TOP OF THEIR LUNGS saying, "NEVER AGAIN!"
How convenient for you and the Ateneo Jesuits.
Makes me wonder if Jesuits are communists, traitors or just plain opportunists.

Jesuits were a religious order from Spain. We understand too,  that Jesuits are not Filipinos. This is based on the principle that under international conventions, international religious organizations such as the Jesuits, owe their LOYALTY and UTMOST FEALTY to their own Jesuit Order and not of the government nor country where they are actively based. In this case, they do NOT OWE ANYTHING TO THE PHILIPPINES. And they do not consider themselves Filipinos in every sense of the word but priests or scholastics from the Order of Jesus. Ni hindi nga sila mga Hudyo.

And yet . . .

1. They had interfered in tampering of the 1986 Philippine Constitution, which is by law and tradition, RESERVED for and under the province of the government, its agents, the citizenry, and EXCLUDING the participation and intervention of religious persons and organizations.

2. They do not pay taxes . . .therefore, they have no right to comment, complain or say anything, for and against any national, public or Constitutional issue or controversy. The Church and all of the Religious should stick to secular activities only!!!!

3.Jesuits engage in commercial and business activities in the country. They lease commercial spaces and buildings. Furthermore, they also undertake the construction of buildings and more property renovations to justify the increase in their leased properties. Putang-ina, nakikialam na sila sa pulitikang-bayan, kumikita pa sila.

4. They impose abhorrent tuition fees during enrollments. Oh, they LOVE MONEY.

5. Worse, Jesuits are a throwback of the imperial Spanish friars from the 1600 colonization of the country. They are fond of imposing their beliefs on students through their "religious system" of education. They want you to be a man for others. In short: to subsidize their charities and give to the Jesuit foundation. Talagang mukhang pera.

Mister Bernas, for now, you and your Ateneo are lucky. Be glad to have a President on your side to protect your Jesuit and Spanish interests in Ateneo.

Should a revolution or civil unrest happen after this PNOY-DAP FIASCO, overthrowing the Cojuangco-Aquino economic and political domination in the country, you might just lose your Ateneo.
The people of this country are tired of being servants to Oligarch interests. We are tired of paying heavy fines and taxes. We are tired that this government does not know how to take care of it's people, it's workers, it's OFW's, its students and its scientists. The government does not respect the people anymore.
They do not honor us, and so WE WILL NOT HONOR THEM.

Because it is WE, that are the ones paying for everything. NOT you Mister Bernas, kami ang nagbabayad so that the Jesuit imperial institutions and PNOY's oligarch government that you had helped build in 1986, could thrive in this country.

We are the ones slaving daily so that the government will continue to exist.

We are the ones giving money to your "religious institutions" every Sunday so that you could parasitically survive to promote your so-called heavenly doctrines in the country.

BUT IF THIS COUNTRY FALLS. . . .
AT NAGKAROON NG PRESIDENTENG MAKABAYAN at TOTOONG MAKATAO, YOU AND YOUR BUSINESS OF ATENEO MIGHT JUST BE KICKED OUT OF THIS COUNTRY FOR GOOD.

YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE OPENED YOUR MOUTH.

                   ONLY TRAITORS SELL.

And Mister Bernas, we are not communists. We are children born out of parents who have once, lived in the mountains of this country.

THE PRESIDENT LIKES CRIMINALS LIKE PING LACSON, JANET NAPOLES AND MURAD

Janet does a Ping, 2

By Jojo Robles | Posted on Aug. 30, 2013 at 12:01am | 4,847 views

As if anyone needed more proof that President Noynoy Aquino and Janet Lim Napoles were close, the Chief Executive and his minions just provided us with incontrovertible evidence of that fact. Indeed, the last time Aquino personally took in a fugitive from justice was when he and then Senator Panfilo Lacson exchanged recipes in MalacaƱang; now Lacson has been cleared of double murder charges and is being considered for a top position in the Cabinet.
You don’t have to be a genius to figure out that Napoles’ surrender has all the signs that she will be eventually cleared of conspiring with Congress, the Department of Budget and Management and a host of other Executive agencies and local governments that served as conduits for the pocketing of billions upon billions of legislative pork. Napoles was not only concerned about her security when she gave herself up—she was also securing her get-out-of jail card from the President himself.

TRAITOR PING LACSON WAS AN ESCAPED FUGITIVE WHO NEGOTIATED HIS SURRENDER AND PARDON FROM PNOY NA GAGO

Despite all the explanations of Interior Secretary Mar Roxas and presidential spokesman Edwin Lacierda (who just happened to have worked for Napoles lawyer Lorna Kapunan in Kapunan’s law office), I am not convinced that the businesswoman surrendered only because she feared for her life. Instead, using the Lacson case and the previous preferential treatment accorded by Aquino to Napoles as guides, I would hazard a guess that the woman being blamed for the pork barrel scandal will never see the inside of a jail cell.

NAPOLES SURRENDERED TO PNOY FOR HER "PROTECTION"

A deal was hammered out to convince Napoles to surrender, that much is plain. And the fact that Aquino—who cannot even be bothered to appear during calamities—personally brought Napoles to the national police headquarters in Camp Crame is unsettling to those expecting that she should rot in jail for the rest of her life.
Roxas, Lacierda and the other Palace apologists say that the declaration of a P10-million bounty for information that would lead to Napoles’ arrest supposedly panicked the businesswoman and made her seek out Aquino. But I think that the “floating” of the idea that Napoles could turn state witness in the scandal—despite her being the “most guilty” in the matter—was the more important motivation for her to resurface; and if Napoles had been convinced to “sing” to stay out of jail, guess what her tune is going to sound like?

THE PRESIDENT IS DEALING WITH CROOKS AND REBELS

Napoles is certainly not going to warble about Aquino, Budget Secretary Florencio Abad and Senate President Franklin Drilon, now that she has sought and received the protection of the administration. And if I were a politician who had employed Napoles’ services in the past and I happen to be out of Aquino’s favor, I would be very, very afraid.
Somebody has got to take the fall for the theft of the pork barrel funds. And now that Napoles is under the protection of the Aquino administration, it certainly isn’t going to be anyone allied with MalacaƱang—or even, sadly, Napoles herself.
* * *
DANGEROUS MEN PLANNING AND EXECUTING THINGS WITHOUT PERMISSION AND CONSENT FROM THE PEOPLE

No matter how the Palace spinners spin it, Napoles has always been a Palace favorite. This was why the businesswoman’s letter to Aquino last April, complaining about the National Bureau of Investigation’s alleged harassment of her brother Benjamin Lim, was so urgently acted upon by the President.
That letter, which has supposedly gone missing, gave everyone an inkling of how close Napoles was to Aquino. And it bothers me that no one seems to have pursued the Aquino-Napoles relationship angle in the long-running story.
(To this day, I don’t understand why no one has asked Aquino—or Abad or Drilon, for that matter—directly if he personally knows Napoles. Surely, there must be at least one reporter who can gather up the courage to ask such an important question.)
Napoles’ letter to Aquino was what triggered the entire scandal, because it led to a series of official actions which began with the President directing Justice Secretary Leila de Lima to investigate the NBI agents identified by Napoles as those shaking down her brother. De Lima reportedly told NBI Director Nonnatus Rojas to look into the matter.
Rojas supposedly confronted his agents and told them that the President himself had expressed an interest in Lim’s case. The agents, fearing that they might lose their jobs because they thought, rightly or wrongly, that the President was on the side of Napoles and her brother, ran to a newspaper executive, who broke the story in her newspaper, through an aide of hers who got the “byline” credit.
That was then; the Napoles surrender is “now.” And this latest episode still reinforces the belief that Napoles is such a big shot in this administration, for reasons that no official has sufficiently explained.
* * *
Lacierda said yesterday that people should make up their mind about Napoles. First, he said, it was “arrest Napoles”; when she gave herself up, the administration was accused of giving her special treatment.
But Lacierda has always been a little slow. He can’t understand that calls to arrest Napoles and giving her a tour of MalacaƱang, with the President himself escorting her to the sanctuary of her choice in Camp Crame, are not the same thing.
This President is served by stupid people. No wonder he’s always getting into trouble.

DAR slammed for Luisita audit process maneuvering

Activist party-list group Anakpawis yesterday slammed the grave abuse of power by the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) to dictate the ongoing process to audit Hacienda Luisita Inc. (HLI).
The group said the DAR is continuously pushing the two audit firms that have previous link to the Cojuangco’s HLI to participate in its de facto bidding procedure.

In a statement, Anakpawis party-list vice chairman Fernando Hicap said the DAR is extending its “power trip” up to the point that it is meddling on the ongoing process to choose an independent audit firm to look into HLI records.
Such records supposedly pertain to the P1.33 billion HLI owes to farm worker beneficiaries for the selling of more than 500 hectares of land parcel to Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) and North Luzon Expressway (Nlex) management.

“Despite the resounding and majority decision of parties involved in the auditing process namely the Alyansa ng mga Manggagawang Bukid sa loob ng Asyenda Luisita, 1989 Original Farmer Beneficiaries, Farmers for Agrarian Reform Movement, Inc., Luisita Supervisory Union of Hacienda Luisita Inc., the United Luisita Workers Union, and by Mr. Noel Mallari to get the Ocampo, Mendoza, Leung, Lim and Co. service to look into HLI’s records.
DAR quickly rejected the groups’ position and maintained that the Reyes-Tacandong and Co and the KPMG with a local counterpart Manabat Sanagustin and Co. — two firms that previously audited HLI — can apply for the job” Hicap said.

Anakpawis said the move by the DAR to bypass the decision of the majority of the stakeholders is beyond its mandate and runs counter with the farm workers interest.
“It is not only DAR delaying the process but its also making the beneficiaries powerless. The DAR once again shows its brazen arrogance and contempt over their clients’ prerogative. It is an abuse of their mandate,” the group said.
But the activist party-list group expressed optimism the auditing process will be convincing and acceptable to involved parties if DAR should end its politicking and keep HLI out of the picture.
“Clearly, the Cojuangco-led HLI dictates the phase of the audit process. DAR was merely their instrument to legitimize its part on the auditing despite it is the one subjected for financial scrutiny. Just like their maneuvers on the distribution process. This is their gameplan to deliberately mislead the process to prolong the audit because the president and his relatives have no plans to open HLI books of records unless it is done by no other than their trusted cohorts inside the Reyes-Tacandong and KPMG to absolve them on paying the P1.33 billion they owed to the farm worker beneficiaries. HLI and its audit firm cohorts should be banned from the process,” Hicap said.

Meanwhile, braving the 37-degree summer heat, more than 200 Hacienda Luisita farmers and supporters started their caravan to Manila this morning, according to militant Web site bulatlat.com.
Dubbed as “Lakbayan para sa Libreng Pamamahagi ng Lupa sa Hacienda Luisita,” the activity marks the first year of the Supreme Court decision ordering the distribution of some 6,000-hectare sugar plantation controlled by the family of President Aquino.
Led by the Kilusang Magbubukid ng Pilipinas (KMP), Unyon ng mga Manggagawa sa Agrikultura UMA, Alyansa ng mga Manggagawang Bukid sa Asyenda Luisita (Ambala) and the United Luisita Workers Union (ULWU), the farmers started their march from Hacienda Luisita in Tarlac province.
As of yesterday afternoon, the marchers have reached San Nicolas Church in Capas, Tarlac.
They were expected to arrive and spend the night in Angeles City in Pampanga.
“It has been a year since the Supreme Court decided to distribute the Hacienda and we are back on the streets to continue our fight for the free distribution of lands,” ULWU chairman Lito Bais said in a statement.

“We cannot trust the DAR to distribute the lands as it is clearly an instrument of the Cojuangco-Aquinos to perpetuate their control over our lands,” Bais said.
In the same vein, Anakpawis Rep. Rafael Mariano said, “There is no truth to the Department of Agrarian Reform’s claim that the distribution of Hacienda Luisita is on track. Twelve months after the SC decision, farmworker-beneficiaries are still waiting in vain to own the lands that they have tilled for decades.”
The DAR is mandated to implement the high court decision, released in February, the final list of beneficiaries.
A week after, Agrarian Reform Sec.Virgilio delos Reyes said farm workers will not get any land if they will not sign a written commitment to pay for the land and to make it productive.
“As long as Aquino controls the DAR and the sham Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program remains, the farm workers should be ready for another protracted battle to reclaim Hacienda Luisita from the Cojuangcos,” KMP deputy sec. gen. Willy Marbella said.
The famers also challenged senatorial candidates to replace the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP) with “a new and genuine agrarian reform law to realize the free distribution of Hacienda Luisita.”

“The bogus CARP is the biggest stumbling block to Hacienda Luisita’s distribution,” Marbella said.
He maintained that “the CARP was crafted by the Cojuangcos” to evade the distribution of the sugar plantation to its farm workers.
In 1989, during the administration of the late president Corazon Aquino, the Cojuangcos made use of the stock distribution option scheme of the CARP to evade actual land distribution.”
“Today, the Cojuangcos are making use of the provisions of the CARP to deny the farm workers of their hard-earned legal victory,” Marbella said.

IMPEACHABLE

It is very difficult to have a President that is both an imbecile and greedy. It is in this kind of character that the leadership and management of the country's affairs are plunged even more into an abysmal state. Kumbaga, para tayong itinapon sa basura.

If you are being observant lately, Pnoy has just vetoed many good bills and more importantly, failed to uphold the rights of Filipino citizens in Sabah. As a President and Leader of the country, you are supposed to protect Filipino citizens everywhere. But here is an example where our very own kin and blood in the person of PNOY, failed to show compassion, mercy and diplomacy where there was an urgent need.

Imagine the hundreds and thousands of Filipinos in Sabah who have been affected by the abuses, tortures and manhandling of Sabah police authorities. Here PNOY failed to show example of "daan matuwid". What was shown however on television was his CRUELTY and APATHY. Pnoy and Secretary Delima even threatened the Tausugs with crimes under Philippine criminal laws.

Aquino is indeed immature and brazen. He should not have been President. What kind of President who professesses to espouse "daang matuwid" policies but fails to show justice and magnanimity to his people???

What kind of President who does not understand his History?

What kind of President who does not show love of people and love of country where there is a rightful calling?

Palibhasa HACENDERO kasi.  He strives to protect the rich and the elite at the expense of the poor.

Another example is the vetoing of the Bill that allows police trainees with a height less than 5'4 to enter the PNP.

Now what kind of decision is that? Di ba nagbabasa ng mabuti si PNOY?

Pnoy says that it should be 5'4 above for police officers and personnel. Makatuwiran ba ito?

Eh average height ng mga Pilipino is between 5-5'4 lang naman di ba?

Eh di ba discrimination na ito? Even crippled and disabled people nowadays are given jobs in provincial and municipal offices. Women are already allowed to enter the Philippine Military Academy.

So what's the fuss?

Definitely we have an idiot, or a bunch of idiots like lacierda, delima, abad, carandang, valte et al sitting in Malacanang.

They are all LIARS, and HYPOCRITES. Worse, they ABUSE their power and authority performing illegal acts like appointing former governor of Isabela Grace Padaca as Commissioner of COMELEC, while she is being charged with billions of pesos PLUNDER CHARGE at the Sandiganbayan.

Nakakahiya talaga.

So that people will never know, PNOY is protected by his very own company, INQUIRER and ABS CBN.

THEY ARE HIDING THE TRUTH about our PRESIDENT. That he is MENTALLY UNFIT, GREEDY and prone to COMMITTING ILLEGAL ORDERS, ILLEGAL ACTS AND IMMORAL DECISIONS like the entry of the AMERICAN MILITARY VEHICLES, ARMS AND PERSONNEL into PHILIPPINE TERRITORY while being PROHIBITED BY THE CONSTITUTION.

In effect, AQUINO IS COMMITTING TREASON.

He must be impeached and overthrown

ABUSIVE AND PRESUMPTUOUS

THERE ARE REPORTS BEING RECEIVED BY THIS SITE THAT THE IMMIGRATION HEAD IS VERY ABUSIVE. ALLEGEDLY, HE HAS BEEN ISSUING ILLEGAL ORDERS, APPOINTING CONTRACTUALS AS IMMIGRATION OFFICERS, GIVING OUT HIGH OVERTIME RATES TO NON-PERFORMING CONTRACTUALS, ALLOWING CONTRACTUAL APPOINTEES TO MANAGE THE AIRPORT OFFICE. HE HAS EVEN ALLOWED NON-PLANTILLA PERSONNEL IN THE BUREAU TO SCREEN OUT FOREIGNERS ENTERING THE COUNTRY.

WE WERE JUST WONDERING WHY THIS GUY IS ALLOWED BY THE PRESIDENT TO RUN AMUCK IN THE IMMIGRATION OFFICE. MARAMING NAGSASABI NA HINDI LANG BOBO ANG TAONG ITO, ABUSADO RIN.

THIS GUY HAS JUST BEEN RECENTLY CHARGED WITH 3 MAJOR GRAFT CASES AT THE SANDIGANBAYAN. WE HOPE HE WILL BE CONVICTED AND EVEN IMPRISONED.

IN FACT, DUE THE RECENT ESCAPE OF A HIGH-PROFILE KOREAN FUGITIVE LAST WEEK, THIS GUY SHOUD BE EFFECTIVELY REMOVED WITH RESPECT TO HIS COMMAND RESPONSIBILITY.

HOY DAVID, HINDI BILIB SA IYO SI COMMISSIONER RUFUS RODRIGUEZ. BOBO KA RAW AT GAGONG ENGOT!  UMALIS KA DIYAN BOBO KA! IN THE LONG LINE OF EMINENT IMMIGRATION COMMISSIONERS, YOU ARE A SHAME TO THE OFFICE!

ESTUPIDO SUPERIOR!

The compelling reason why there is a sudden revival on the claim for Sabah territory is that on his way to forging a peaceful Islamic empire with the MILF renegades in the South, NOYNOY the TINKERBOY forgot to factor in other Muslim groups and factions in Mindanao. Though Muslim Mindanao is one in Islamic Solidarity, it is still fractured into diverse tribes and kinships. Not to mention the traditional heirarchial caste of the Muslim royalty. Hence, we have dissatisfied and unheard voices of the "other majority."

Talk about Tuwid na Daan treatment, bah!

The Sultanate of Jolo, having been the first Sultanate established in the 13th century during the arrival of the first Malay-Arabic missionaries, is governed by the Tausug majority. On the other hand, Murad and his followers are of Maranao descent.

The general rule is: when you start dealing with one, you should deal with all. Peace-building is consensus building!

Noynoy the dimwit truly does not understand his history. A bigot and an idiot at the same time, he is driving a deep socio-cultural wedge in the heart of the Filipino nation. To think that even early Kapampangans (Noy's blood) came from Java and Sumatra.

Sa kaka madali ng "peace agreement", lumalabas na he is only after the business interests of the Cojuangco clan.

Talagang gago. Tarantado talaga if you ask me!

Kung anu-anu pa sinasabi sa press conference. Kesyo violation ng Revised Penal Code, ng Constitution, ng ganito, ng ganyan, hay GAGO!!!

Noy, when you became President, the people of the Philippines became your people and your countrymen. We are as diverse and as distinct as tribes and cultures, but we are one in this country.

And by that, you should know your responsibilities in ADVANCING THIS NATION'S INTERESTS AND PATRIMONY!!

ESTUPIDO.
