RECOMMENDATIONS

What the new President of the Philippines must do:
1.   Cheapen the electricity – Open the Bataan Nuclear Power Plant. Prohibit “Oligarchs and Big Corporate People” from owning/operating the Plant. Instead, create a law that would make the BNPP a public company, then put EVERY FILIPINO CITIZEN as STOCKHOLDER of the BNPP Corporation. All Citizens must be given an account number and passbook at a government bank and all profits being incurred by the BNPP from servicing CORPORATIONS, MALLS AND INDUSTRIAL CENTERS, owned by OLIGARCHS shall inure to the benefit of all the common man. Wala pong BLUE-CHIP-BLUE CHIP dito. Make the profits available for everybody. Why not? Sila na lang ba ang pwede kumita???
2.   ABOLISH Contractualization of Labor, especially-  ng SM- Sobrang abuso na ang SM Corporation. Obligate them to regularize at least 75% of all their contractuals after 6 months. What the SM is doing right now is abuse of human dignity and labor. STOP CONTRACTUALIZATION.
3.   ASSIST people, farmers, laborers, fishermen, planters, skilled personnel or even professional groups establish profit-based cooperatives like agri-business cooperatives, rural banking or even mining cooperatives. Instead of just waiting for the submission of complete paperwork from the common tao, the GOVERNMENT must PRO ACTIVELY ASSIST the people earn money!!! Huwag itago sa common TAO ang mga paraan kung papaano kumita ng pera. Kulang ang ginagawa ng TRC at TESDA. Dapat hanggang grassroots ang efforts nila. With all the MONEY IN THE GOVERNMENT, it is too impossible for the government not to generate employment and economic opportunities.
4.   PROMOTE ALL FILIPINO PRODUCTS. Huwag patayin ang sariling atin. Mandate TV and Radio Advertising to at least 60% of the products advertised are purely FILIPINO-made. Nagiging dumping ground na tayo ng mga foreign products kaya ang dami na sa atin ang nagkakasakit ng cancer, skin diseases, viruses or even high blood. We should help local and small time capitalists.
5.   Reforestation -  the government should embark on massive reforestation, PRONTO!!! Nauubos na mga puno natin sa logging. Sa Quezon nalang, halos ubos na mga century trees. Inubos na ng mga Angara.
6.   Promote Food Security – assist and help the farmers, fishermen, fruit growers, livestock keepers and contract farming industry. STOP BUILDING MALLS AND GROCERIES!!! Let us patronize our public markets and our agricultural industry.
7.   Promote the HERBAL medicine industry. This is cheap, healthy and readily available. Because if people are encouraged to be proactive in the health keeping, they will spend less and less on modern medicine. They will become more dependent on themselves and less dependent on Doctors. Health is a personal responsibility.
8.    Open the communications industry to foreign investors. Sobra na ang SMART at GLOBE. Imagine, 1 Peso per text??? Grabe, greedy talaga! And not to mention, they’re intrusion into your private number by way of ADS and announcements. They are using your number to promote their businesses. They’re killing the hen that lays the golden egg. Or increase the police powers of the NTC to regulate the cost of calls and texts.
9.   COMPEL THE BIR to collect IMMEDIATELY from TAX EVADERS like LUCIO TAN etc!!! We need the MONEY TO JUMPSTART THE ECONOMY. And we need it NOW!!!
10.                     Deregulate the price of Oil. Bring back the OPSF.
11.                     Reduce the prices of basic commodities. Ano pa nga ba?
12.                     Reduce TAXES. You are reducing the Filipino people and especially the middle class to SLAVERY. Abolish unnecessary taxes or fees like the Homeowner tax. We are virtually left with NOTHING!!! Wala na kaming pera ibabayad!!!
13.                     Build more public hospitals. This country needs it. Maraming mahirap at maraming naghihirap. We should not deny our impoverished brothers the needed healthcare. GAGO na ang susunod na PRESIDENTE kung mga CASIQUE pa rin ang tutulungan niya!
14.                     Reform the SSS, Philhealth and GSIS. Reduce contributions, reduce overexposure of investments and increase benefits of the common tao!!!
15.                     Remove the name NINOY AQUINO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (NAIA), revert back to MIAA. Noynoy’s family don’t own our airports.
16.                     Penalize the Filipino movie industry. PURO RACKET, LOVE TEAM AT DRAMA ang ipinapakita, WALANG VALUES NA ITINUTURO SA MGA BATA! Si Cesar Montano, Peque Gallaga at Raymond Red lang ang MAGALING. karamihan, GAGO!
17.                     Once and for all, this government should make an ALL OUT WAR SA NEW PEOPLE’S ARMY! ORAS NA PARA LIPULIN ANG MGA BANDIDONG ITO. Hirap na ang mga tao sa pakikisama sa mga punyetang ito!
18.                     DISTRIBUTE HACIENDA LUISITA PRONTO!
19.                     EXPEL THE ELITE AND GREEDY JESUITS OR THE SOCIETY OF JESUS. THEY USE THE ATENEO SYSTEM TO INTERVENE IN GOVERNMENT POLICIES, BENEFITTING JESUITIC INTERESTS. EXPEL THEM.
20.                     CREATE MORE PARKS AND ZOOS FOR PEOPLE. Encourage sustainable development.
21.                     INCREASE THE SALARIES OF LABORERS AND GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES.
22.                     PROVIDE SMALL CAPITAL FOR SMALL ENTREPRENEURS. .
23.                     Reform our Educational processes. Masyadong foreign ang approach. Besides, we buy too many books na di naman kailangan ng bata.
24.                     Encourage the values of RESPECT and RESPONSIBILITY in our Communities.
25.                     Cultivate the Deuterium and Natural Gas for the benefit of the common tao. They should be the stockholders and not the Ayalas, Cojuangcos, Sys, Yuchengcos, Del Rosarios etc.
26.                     Reduce TV commercials during certain periods at evenings.

what Tribune says

Noynoy and his Liberal Party, especially its president, Mar Roxas, the presidential anointee, by now realize that they can no longer escape blame and responsibility for whatever damaging issue comes their way, as like it or not, Noynoy’s presidency and his administration have already been defined negatively on the basis of their mishandling of the “Yolanda” crisis.
As they would be defined by their inaction and uncaring nature, this would have a negative impact on the LP bid to stay in power after 2016.
It will be difficult for Noynoy and the LP to get the electorate to trust them again to do a good job, even after the Yolanda crisis settles down, because there will be more crises coming their way — and not just on issues such as typhoons and earthquakes.
Before Yolanda, Noynoy and his aides somehow always got away with evading responsibility and accountability, even as they continued playing the blame game. It was always somebody else’s fault, never theirs. And whatever promises they made but were never fulfilled, people somehow glossed over, mainly due to Noynoy’s yellow media and his yellow manipulated surveys that constantly gave him high popularity ratings even when other items in the same surveys were already clearly contradictory, such as high concerns of the respondents over government poor performance.
But with the blame game played by Noynoy in Tacloban, three days after the monster typhoon hit the Visayas, with Leyte and Samar being brought to their knees, it was much too clear to Filipinos that Noynoy and his LPs have gone too far in evading responsibility for their unpreparedness, unfeeling and uncaring national government’s response to the crisis in these two provinces.
Filipinos saw for themselves how Noynoy and his aides continued to play the blame game and vindictive politics in Tacloban, three days into the typhoon crisis and their failed bid to evade responsibility, which brought back all those other times that Noynoy evaded responsibility over the many other crises, not to mention his and his government’s unpreparedness for any sort of crisis, sometimes of their own making.
They remembered the way Noynoy and his LP allies mishandling of the August 2010 Manila hostage crisis, and his refusal to accept responsibility for the botched hostage rescue which left at least eight Hong Kong tourists dead, with one more still in the ICU to this day.
Worse, Noynoy refused to charge his allies who were responsible for their botched rescue operations and to this day, no sanctions have been meted for their criminal negligence.
Talk has been making the rounds that the Tacloban mayor, Alfred Romualdez, who is a Noynoy foe, for being related to Ferdinand and Imelda Marcos, a day after Yolanda hit the city and the province, had already asked the national disaster council to come to their aid, as devastation of his city was massive. His call went unheeded. The second day, a Sunday, Romualdez was said to have pleaded for the national government to send the military and the police forces to take over the peace and order situation.
Even on the third day, when Noynoy flew to Tacloban, and there were already reports of looting, starvation and people exposed to the elements, as they have lost their homes, Noynoy was still on his blame game mode, compounded by his political vindictiveness, as he even walked out of the disaster council meeting, refusing to heed the pleas of businessmen who had complained of looting and of being shot for trying to stop the looting of their stores. This was met by a stony “well, you’re not dead, are you?” response.
And even on the fifth day, there was hardly any strong government presence or even the military presence. It had to take international media to bring this issue out.
All these will be remembered, now and in 2016, as the people now know that they have been served so poorly by a president whose propaganda of thei being his boss was believed, but whose belief today has been shattered by Noynoy and his LPs through their uncaring ways.

You are absolutely right! Even my kasambahay who is from Capiz, declares "wala hong kwenta yang si abnoy. Selective ho ang tulong niya. Maski ho yung si Mar Roxas, ni hindi ho nanalo sa amin yan."

How then in heaven's name can they come forth and aspire for higher office or a continuance? People are saying, that it should have been Gibo who should have been president. He would know what to do in crisis situations and he cannot be dictated upon by allies and kkk. He knows how to lead! Ang pagsisisi ay talagang nasa huli. Although I did not vote for Gibo or any candidate associated with GMA. Now I wonder how many people are regretting not having done so?

The LP and its candidates, will definitely lose in 2016. There is no way for them to ingratiate themselves back to the people's trust and confidence.

I happened to see on tv a portion of this morning's town meeting in Guian, Samar.

Invigorated and energized by Obama's timely dash of humanitarian assistance, courtesy of the 7TH Fleet Forces and the brave Marines of MEU/MAW Okinawa - The INUTILE President-select Noynoy has all the bravado to speak like he was on top of things from the beginnings....almost taking credit for the big turnaround - of what used to be clueless approach handle to the CRISIS - the critical first four days after Nov 9th.

This Imbecile, tar-filled mouthed, PSP playing buffoon has the gall mouthing all this incredible stuff. Just damn pathetic. Saved by the convergence of major countries commitment of their air forces assets, naval ships logistical capabilities, personnel and medics from all corners of the globe...And all this Inutile saved for himself is the power-broker-ing, influence-peddler, pang-Sulsol-pang-Tustos sa Senador-congressman - DAP.

This BOANG president will always have reason to go back to Tacloban not because he has love for the victims but because he wants to get back at the Romualdez clan. He wants to finished them off beccause his protege lost to his enemies. This mediocre creature is really a mad mad man. Tacloban will get zero funding from him. He will used all the donated money from abroad for vengiance. Those who are LP sympathizers will get most of the money while those who are his enemies will only get his poisoned saliva. This bastard, he should not have been the president if the computer maschines were not programmed.

What a mediocre creature this abnoy is! His propensity to blame is indicative of an insecurity rooted in his full knowledge that he is ill-equipped to be a president . So when he is deficient and at fault, his immediate reaction is to point a finger at and blame others because he does not want to accept his culpability. And more - he does not know what to do. His behaviour is the behavior of a small child afraid to be punished by his parents. Without doubt, his parents had something to do with this behavior of his. I can tell their punishment was not corrective but simply inflictive.
He should have been taught not to look for anyone one to blame in a crisis situation, if this prevents him from moving forward and doing the right thing, if he is truly a leader. Huwag na siyang manisi; gawin na lang niya kung ano ang tama.

So why doesn't he blame his parents for turning out the way he is now. For being an abnoy and mentally challenged. They have a more direct causality in his failure now than anyone else.

The people are suffering because of his lack of leadership. The kindest thing he can do is to resign. He was never elected by the people anyway.

I don't normally curse, but for once, here it goes.....You Son of a Bitch, you are one piece of shit. You freakin' HYPOCRITE RETARD.

I've pushed 20 tons of rice and packed hundreds of relief goods myself. You visited the center and didn't even carry one sack of rice nor pack one bag of relief goods. You asshole.

Efficiencies....you don't know what that means, you piece of shit.

Get our trucks of relief goods to the people NOW, and not just in photo ops.
