We oppose any bloated number of reported casualties not being reported by the national disaster council since there are many “methodologies” being adopted by many LGU’s in the counting of the dead.  And these “methodologies” are not consistent with the methodology that the NDC uses.

So in all manner of international idiocy, how many casualties do we now have?
