Lucio Tan owes this government billions of pesos in taxes and arrears. How come you are taxing the small businesses and ordinary people when you have the option of catching the BIGGEST FISHES in the country???

Noy Aquino has already exempted the Airlines from heavy taxes. Now as BIR chief, will you be taxing even Government Securities?

The people in this country is slowly being brutalized by the inhumane economic policies of this administration. Even bonuses given to ordinary civil servants are now taxed heavily. Pero mga smugglers, importers and friends and supporters of PNOY's administration are being spared from tax investigations.

Why us? Why us fingerlings?
