The national government did not adequately prepare!
How GROSSLY incompetent!
They have the money, they have the boats and trucks, they
have the businessmen ,they have the social services, they have the armed
forces, they have the police forces, they have the resources.
Yet, they still
blame the Tacloban local government.
Sinungaling sila. And they blame the local government for
their fucking incompetence!
Putang-ina, sana magka-rebolusyon
na!!
